Our Shipping Process
Confirm Your Quote
After adding games to your cart and reviewing your quote, click "Confirm & Ship." Select your preferred payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Check) and confirm the sale.
Receive Prepaid Label
Within minutes, you'll receive an email with a prepaid UPS or FedEx shipping label. The label is ready to print and use immediately. No account creation or additional steps required.
Pack Your Items
Carefully pack your games using proper materials to protect them during transit. Include a list of items being shipped (optional but recommended). Seal the box securely.
Ship It
Attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location. You can also schedule a free pickup from your home if that's more convenient.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking information via email. Monitor your shipment's progress in real-time. You can also contact us if you need to update your tracking status.
Inspection & Payment
When your package arrives, we inspect each item to verify condition and authenticity. Once confirmed, payment is sent to your chosen payment method within 24-48 hours.
Packing Guidelines
Proper packing ensures your items arrive safely and in the condition you quoted.
Choose the Right Box
- Use a sturdy, new or like-new box
- Box should be at least 2 inches larger than your contents on all sides
- For large collections, consider multiple smaller boxes rather than one heavy box
- Avoid boxes with previously printed shipping labels
Wrap Individual Items
- Wrap each game individually in bubble wrap
- 2-3 layers of bubble wrap for complete games
- 1-2 layers for loose games
- Secure wrap with tape or stickers
Use Plenty of Padding
- Line the bottom of the box with 2 inches of padding material
- Surround items with cushioning material on all sides
- Add 2 inches of padding on top before sealing
- Use crumpled paper, foam peanuts, or bubble wrap
Protect Cases
- Game cases are fragile—take extra care
- Don't stack heavy items on top of cases
- Use corner protection for CD/DVD cases
- For complete collections, consider shipping in smaller batches
Documentation
- Include a simple list of items being shipped (optional)
- List titles and platforms for easy verification
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Don't include personal items or other materials
Sealing & Labeling
- Use quality packing tape to seal all seams
- Seal the bottom and all edges thoroughly
- Attach the prepaid label to the top of the box
- Avoid shipping from an area that's too hot or cold

What Happens After Your Items Arrive

Our team carefully inspects each item, verifying condition, authenticity, and functionality. We check for damage, defects, and completeness. Discs are tested for playability.
Step 3: Verification
If items match your quoted condition, we proceed with payment. If there are significant differences, we contact you with a revised offer or arrange a refund.
Step 4: Payment Processing (24-48 Hours)
Once verified, payment is processed to your chosen method: PayPal - Usually appears within hours Venmo - Instant transfer Check - Mailed the same day, arrives in 5-7 business days
Step 5: Notification
You'll receive a final confirmation email with payment details and your shipment summary.

Do I need to insure my shipment?
No. Your shipment is covered under our carrier's liability. However, proper packing is essential to prevent damage.
Can I use my own shipping account?
No. You must use the prepaid label we provide. This ensures proper tracking and coverage.
What if my package is lost?
Lost packages are extremely rare. If this occurs, we'll work with the carrier to locate it. You're protected by our carrier's liability and our guarantee.
Can I modify my shipment after confirming?
You can update your quote before shipping, but once the label is emailed, your quote is locked. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
