6. Shipping and Delivery

Once a quote is confirmed, we will provide a free prepaid shipping label. You must use this label for shipping. Shipping costs are entirely covered by HitGaming.com.

• Ensuring items are shipped within the quote validity period

6.3 Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we encourage proper packing, items lost or significantly damaged in transit may result in denial of payment or adjustment of the offer. Our carrier's liability protection applies to properly packed shipments. Improper packing may void coverage.

6.4 Estimated Transit Times

Estimated delivery times are 3-7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays in transit do not extend quote validity.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Methods

• PayPal - funds transferred to your PayPal account
• Venmo - funds transferred to your Venmo account
• Check - mailed to your confirmed address

7.2 Payment Processing

Payment is processed within 24-48 hours of items passing inspection and condition verification. You must provide valid payment information when confirming your quote.

If you dispute a payment or claim non-receipt, you must contact us within 30 days. After 30 days, disputes cannot be addressed. We will investigate legitimate disputes in good faith.

If we decline payment due to condition, authenticity, or functionality issues, we will offer to return the items at our expense. If you decline the return, the items become the property of HitGaming.com.
